Our client, one of largest suppliers and distributors of Timber and Panel Products in the UK is currently seeking an experienced Wood Machinist to join their team based in Thurrock.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Timber Manufacturing and eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual, with a strong work ethic and full working knowledge of woodworking machinery to join a highly skilled workforce.

Performance Objectives:

To have a solid understanding of woodworking procedures or Joinery methods.
Cleaning and maintaining work areas including machinery and tools to ensure safe working environments
To work as part of a team and communicate with other members of staff
To continuously work to a high standard of accuracy machining large quantities of Softwood.

Our client is willing to offer an attractive basic salary along with pension scheme.
