We are working with a leading British manufacturer of high quality, bespoke Timber Windows to recruit an exceptional Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator.

Based in Essex, the company’s high quality joinery and refurbishment skills have earned them an outstanding reputation amongst architects, developers and aspirational home owners for timber windows of outstanding quality and design.

Over recent years the company has achieved sustained growth due to continued and increasing demand. It is therefore looking to hire a new Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator to join their rapidly expanding business.

The Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing new orders and key accounts as well as visiting customers on site to ensure top customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in the Fenestration industry.

Responsibilities:

Based at Head Office in Essex, you will:

• Project manage new orders by reviewing and confirming specification with client.
• Project manage key accounts, monitoring projects from order through to production.
• Set and control deadlines for customer queries and sign offs to meet delivery dates where possible.
• Manage time spent in office with visiting customers on site for enhanced customer service.
• Proactively call customer to obtain information required to sign off project.
• Produce manufacturing paperwork provided to the factory.
• Take information off of technical drawings, providing quotations and manufacturing schedules.
• Liaise with factory managers and technical / purchasing.
