Timber Windows: Installations Manager

We are working with a leading British manufacturer of high quality, bespoke Timber Windows to recruit an exceptional Installations Manager.

Based in Essex, the company’s high quality joinery and refurbishment skills have earned them an outstanding reputation amongst architects, developers and aspirational home owners for timber windows of outstanding quality and design.

Over recent years the company has achieved sustained growth due to continued and increasing demand. It is therefore looking to hire a new Installations Manager to join their rapidly expanding business.

The Installations Manger will be responsible for managing sub-contract install teams and recruiting fitting teams, as well as ensuring they have completed accredited training.

Responsibilities:

Based in the South East, you will:

• Manage sub-contract install teams ensuring the work is carried out to the highest standard and that the customer receives the highest standard of customer service.
• Identify and recruit suitably experienced fitting teams.
• Ensure all install teams have completed the accredited training.
• Monitor teams on site and ensure both the quality of their work and their interaction with the end client is of the required standard.
• Liaise with the sales, survey, processing and production departments to ensure the client and install teams receive the right product on time.
• Complete an on site assessment of the team’s work before signing off the job.
• Co-ordinate the final payment for the customer and the payment of the fitting teams.
• Monitor and co-ordinate the workload of the service engineers and ensure the company offers the customer the correct level of service.
