When approached regarding the opportunity it was done in a very professional manner. There was initially an in depth conversation to explain the opportunity and outline my employment history. A lot of care was taken in clarifying whether the opportunity was right for me.
Once my first meeting was set up I was given a lot of support preparing for the interview and updating my CV. I personally found this very helpful as I had been with my previous employer for the last 14 years and was a bit out of practice in this area. My CV was very out of date and with this support it was updated to a very professional looking document.
