Partnering with a client who are a leading manufacturer of Quality Timber Windows, Doors and Stairs we were engaged to work with them on a technical role for a Stair Technician. We have built a relationship with this client over the past four years having successfully placed a number of Sales people with them to sell their products.
We spent time discussing with the client the technical skills and qualifications needed to perform the role. The precise measurements and drawings supplied by the Stair Technicians are used for the custom manufacturing of the stairs, therefore it was imperative we understood the skills required and were confident the candidates could deliver.
Our process allowed us to identify and approach potential candidates whom we knew had the correct skills and qualifications to perform the role; we spent time talking to the candidates, giving them a thorough understanding of the opportunity and validating their qualifications before presenting them to the client.
We are very happy to have placed our third Stair Technician with this client.
