BSIF Recognises Talent Management Within The Safety Industry

We are please to announce that we have teamed up with the British Safety Industry Federation to help find their most people-orientated company.

The BSIF ‘Talent Matters’ Award will recognise companies who best demonstrates how Talent Matters in their workplace. This innovative award will use feedback from employers and employees to discover the most people-focused businesses.

Employees will be invited to share their views and experience through a custom-built, anonymous survey.

Companies will also have the opportunity to demonstrate why they should be awarded the trophy – with examples of their outstanding training programmes, reward schemes or star employees. The prestigious title will be awarded to three companies in the categories of small, medium and large businesses.

With the benefit of 20 years in the business, we know that success is achieved by people – and without effective talent management, businesses can struggle to reach their full potential. We want to celebrate talent within the industry and take stock of how the industry is engaging its most prized asset: its people.

We hope the unique reports each participating company receives will provide them with vital insight into how they can better engage their people and improve their recruitment and retention. We are delighted to work with the BSIF to promote this award and look forward to crowning the winners.

We are hoping that the award will start a discussion within the Safety Industry, promoting the idea of growth through effective talent management.

The award is exclusively open to BSIF member companies and will be presented at the BSIF Networking Day and Award Ceremony on October 1st 2015.
